I was able to test the gamebuds for a few weeks. I mainly did this on the PS and phone. The sound is incredibly good. Especially with the PS more than excellent sound reproduction/gaming experience and with the help of the app you can personalize the sound. With the app you can also set the microphone, read how much % the buds are still charged and how much % the battery has left.
Talking to your gaming friends is excellent, both myself and the friends have clear sound, so the microphone also does its job well.
When used in combination with your phone, switching between music and phone calls is easy to call. The entire set also comes with a dongle so that you can connect the dongle to devices without Bluetooth in order to still be able to use the buds. Super handy. Three sizes of caps are also supplied for the buds, so that the buds fit well in the ears. Except for me. And that is why I find that a minor point. When sitting still they stay in place, but when moving they fall out of my ears.
As long as they are on, they are comfortable to wear.
The appearance of the gamebuds and the battery looks nice, sleek design and compact to carry.
In short, a great product if you are looking for gamebuds. I think that is where they come into their own, at least that is what we experienced.

I am very happy with the SteelSeries Arctis GameBuds! The sound is of high quality, with a good balance between bass and clarity. They sit comfortably and securely in my ears, even during intense activities. However, the lid of the storage box does not always stay open, which is sometimes inconvenient. The earbuds are nicely designed and feel durable. The battery life is also impressive, allowing them to go a long way between charges. As for the sound, it is of high quality; the different settings add a subtle but pleasant variation. Despite minor improvements in the design, these earbuds are definitely a good addition for those who value style and functionality.

First of all; I was able to test this product for a few weeks.
If you are looking for gaming buds that you can also take with you to public places, then you don’t have to look any further.
As you would expect from Steelseries, the buds also have a very nice and good sound. This is especially true during games, as you can hear everything well from all directions.
The looks of the buds are also great in my opinion. You can use them in public without it seeming like you are using a gaming product.
The ANC of the buds is okay. That’s all there is to it. In a relatively quiet environment, the ANC works well, but as soon as you go into public, there are better options. So if this is important; maybe look further.
If you can live without perfect ANC, then the Steelseries is definitely worth considering. You can easily connect it to your phone or tablet via Bluetooth and 3 presses of a button and you are connected to your PS5 or PC.
Steelseries has added many different profiles as we are used to, so you can easily find a profile to your taste.
The only downside for me personally is the battery life of 1 charge while ANC is on. After about 5 hours they stop working. For many people this will be enough, but for me this is a bit on the low side.
Sure; with the charging case they are quickly full again, but the battery life could have been a bit longer. (especially when you compare it to the competitor in the form of Inzone buds.)

First of all, the packaging is very nice, the manual is short and clear. The installation is also arranged like that. You install an app on a PC for example and you can adjust and select all kinds of sound profiles. Pre-made settings for games.
Looking at the earphones themselves
The quality in terms of materials seems very good and all materials feel durable, not only do they not feel cheap but they also look really nice.
The sound quality is okay, in my opinion it will always be inferior compared to a standard headset from SteelSeries or another brand, however, they are earphones so you can NOT compare them with each other, in terms of earphones a nice sound and nice that you can adjust profiles with an option such as virtual sound.
The buds can be used on PC/PS5 as Bluetooth so that you can also listen to music on the way to work etc.
The battery life is a bit disappointing because when you are connected to the dongle the duration is 5-7 hours in my experience this without ANC active noise cancelling. With ANC this is much lower which is a shame, but of course it depends on how long you use them. By the way, they do charge quickly in the charging box. Comfort is very nice, fit easily and you don’t get pain after a few hours.
In short easy to use, good connection, quick installation, easy to operate. However, for the price a headset is in my opinion a better solution. I was allowed to test this product.

Over the past few weeks, I have extensively tested the SteelSeries Buds for review.nl. I have tested them on both my PC and phone and I am particularly impressed with these wireless earbuds. They connect effortlessly via Bluetooth or the included 2.4GHz dongle, and switch between both connection types at lightning speed. This makes them extremely suitable for both mobile use and serious gaming on a PC or console.
One of the most striking features is the integration with the accompanying apps, which gives you access to optimized presets for more than 200 different games. These presets significantly improve the audio experience. Subtle sounds, such as opponents’ footsteps or the distant rumble of explosions, are reproduced much clearer and more detailed. This not only adds to the immersion, but can also offer an advantage during competitive gameplay.
In terms of wearing comfort, the SteelSeries Buds also score highly. The fit is very pleasant, even during long sessions, and the earbuds stay firmly in place, even when you move. The controls are cleverly designed with large buttons that provide clear tactile feedback. This eliminates the discomfort of accidental touches that can sometimes be a problem with other wireless earbuds.
The battery life is impressive, even when using the 2.4GHz connection. This provides significantly lower latency compared to Bluetooth 5.3. I have been able to test these wireless earphones for a while and I am satisfied with them. I did have some trouble connecting them to my phone, but in the end I managed it. In the beginning, the phone connection was regularly disconnected and the music also paused regularly. Fortunately, that is no longer the case and I worked out for an hour this morning with music on, without any problems. The USB-C adapter is very handy for connecting the earphones to a laptop or a game console with a USB-C output and switching between 2.4 GHz and Bluetooth is very easy. The sound of the AirBuds is good and I am also satisfied with the battery life.
I had a rough start, but all in all I am satisfied.

Very happy with it at first, but now a kind of cracking sound on the left earbud. As long as it is not constant I will continue to use them, too bad for the price
