Focus on your favorite games for hours with the JBL Quantum 810 Wireless. You can wirelessly connect this headset to your PC or PlayStation via the USB-A dongle. This prevents hassle with cables while you’re gaming. Thanks to the noise canceling in the headset, you’re not bothered by ambient noise and you can fully focus on your games. With surround sound, you hear all the game audio in 360 degrees around you and you know exactly where your opponents are coming from. That way, you’re always one step ahead. You can also communicate online with friends without background noise thanks to the noise suppression in the microphone. This way, your message always comes across clearly. The average battery life of the headset is 43 hours, so you can keep playing for a long time without charging it. If you often play alone or don’t need a microphone, you can easily fold the headset microphone.

Best purchase!
I was very hesitant to buy the JBL 800, but because it doesn’t know how to use it and charge it at the same time, that was a turn-off for me. But when I heard that the 810 came out with that function, I was immediately sold. I’ve been using the headset for several weeks now and I certainly don’t regret it. The sound is perfect and can be adjusted to your liking using the equalizer settings. The bass is really heavy and is not even on maximum for me because it is too heavy. The surround is realistic, and the mechanical mute function of the microphone is also perfect, giving a good indication that you are on mute. You can wear the headset for hours on end without head pain. However, the only negative thing I’ve had is that if you look down at your phone the headset tends to fall off your head. But that’s not a problem, because I’d rather that than hurt your head. Connecting the 2.4 usb dongle and bluetooth to your mobile is also ideal so that you can have a phone call while gaming without taking off the headset.
The only thing that would have been nice is that in the dials for volume and the speech/game ratio, there are mechanical clicks such as a mouse scroll wheel because it feels a bit too smooth and there could be a little more resistance. Because if you are looking for the wheels, you have turned both, after which you have to set the correct settings again.

Purpose:
I use it for hours on end with video calls. I find it less suitable for this purpose because it is quite heavy.
Sound:
The sound and microphone are very good. High quality music is very pure! According to the people in the calls I can be heard very well.
Fit:
I find it very heavy. But he closes the eyes well so ambient noise is a lot less.
Usage:
When I take off the headset, I reach the volume knobs too quickly. So sometimes it is suddenly very loud or I can’t hear anything anymore.
I have turned off the lighting because of various comments that it is very distracting during a video call.
Battery life:
I’ve currently been using it for a full week (5/6 hours a day) and haven’t charged it yet.

It starts well on arrival. The headset is very neatly packaged and that is always the first impression you get of a product. I have been using the headset for gaming, music and work for a while now. To start with the design of the headset. The design is good, the headset feels sturdy and not cheap. It feels a bit heavy in the hand, but this doesn’t bother me when I have it on my head. It does not press annoyingly, even though it sits firmly over my ears. The battery life of the headset is good, but you do notice that the use of the RGB lighting cuts in, so I turned it off myself. The sound is warm and good and can be adjusted to your liking using the equalizer. If you are really an audiophile, then I think there are even better headsets on the market. I also use the headset during working hours. The mechanical mute by folding your microphone upwards or by pressing the mute button on the headset itself were widely used! The quality of the microphone was decent, I can’t complain that it’s very bad, because you can be heard. But there are simply headsets with better microphones in them. The active noise control does its thing and is good, but not at the same high level as, for example, the Sony WH 1000xm series. In short, a good headset with many function options and if it falls within your budget, definitely recommended!

After a few years I was ready for a new headset.
So much choice, but in the end opted for the 810 instead of the 610.
I’m not really into wireless accessories myself, but I’ve come back to this now.
Sound is more than fine in my opinion.
You can also play games and stream Bluetooth at the same time with this headset, which is something the 610 does not have.
So, for example, play a nice game and listen to Spotify via your mobile or call someone.
Charging and gaming is also possible, but the charging cable is fairly short.
PC software works fine and on the ps5 the headset also works very well.
I saw many people give a negative point that you might hit the dials when you take off the headset.
That is true, but it also takes a while to find the right way to turn it off.
However, the rotary knobs are somewhat sensitive and do not really give good feedback.
That’s the only downside I can think of.
The LED lighting is a nice addition, but I always have it turned off.
I have put down ‘good sound’ as a plus point, but that is of course for everyone personal.
I came from a 10-year-old stereo headset, so it’s quickly a big improvement.
The headset feels a bit heavy at first, but that doesn’t bother me while wearing it.
When you wear the headset you also hear very little of the environment … to my wife’s irritation

I bought this headset for use with a PS5, but it is less suitable for that.
The headset does work, but with two drawbacks.
1. When you turn on the ANC, the left earcup “interferes” as if you were holding a cell phone near a speaker.
2. When you turn off the headphones, the dongle in the PS5 remains active, so the sound does not transfer to the television. If you still want the sound on the TV, you must remove the dongle from the PS5.
The plus point is that the sound is really good with a nice bass.

So far he likes the sound very well

Don’t buy this if you have a PS5. I have already tried two of these 810s, but both of them make a connection error on the controller and therefore cause interference. This makes it seem like you are continuously lagged.
