With the PlayStation VR2 PC adapter and the Sony PlayStation VR2, you can play even more games. This means you also have access to SteamVR games in addition to exclusive Sony games like Gran Turismo 7 VR. You can easily connect the PSVR2 to your PlayStation 5, PC, or laptop. With the 2000×2040 OLED displays and 120Hz refresh rate, you can enjoy sharp 4K images without screen tearing. The PS VR2 controllers have haptic feedback and adaptive triggers. This way, you feel the difference when using different weapons and resistance when you pull back your bow. You also feel these vibrations in the headset when a Tallneck walks by in Horizon Call of the Mountain, for example. As a result, you’re even more immersed in your virtual games. These functions only work if you use the PlayStation VR 2 with a PlayStation 5. You can also watch movies and series via apps on your PlayStation 5.

I was always interested in VR, but found the resolution on the old set far too low and the games not convincing enough. With PSVR 2, the price tag was a bit of a shock at first, but I finally decided to give in.
I currently own 8 PSVR 2 games across multiple genres and haven’t regretted it for a second. I’ve found that while VR game announcements have always been a little off to me because trailers couldn’t convey the right experience, that same game can still blow me away in VR.
Horizon as the biggest example in the trailers, it seemed like a glorified tech demo that was graphically in between PS4 and PS5, but after playing it myself I left with a much more positive impression. Gt 7 is fantastic and then you have indie games like Pistol Whip that make you feel like you’re in a John Wick movie while doing a whole workout that leaves you sweating afterwards.
I think it’s pretty clear that I’ve gone from curious to convinced in a relatively short period of time. Would I blindly recommend it? Not that I’m lucky that I didn’t experience a second of motion sickness, but I can imagine that if you’re sensitive to that, this isn’t for you. But if you are curious and would like to know what VR could mean then I would say buy it!

Too bad the old vr games don’t work after spending a fortune on them. That should also be free to transfer to VR 2 and if you have the DVD you also get the digital version for free.

Easy to use with your PS5, beautiful image, good sound with the in-ear headset.

Bought a week ago and overall I’m very pleased. The image quality is fantastic. No more weird screen door effect that I experienced with the Oculus Rift. The image is clear, the beautiful colors splash off the screen and the animations are very smooth.
The supplied headphones did not make me happy, but I have a PS headset that fit perfectly over the VR glasses.
Cable remains a pity, but it is also necessary to conjure up all that beauty smoothly on your eyes. It is also a pity that – four months after launch – there are still not a lot of titles available. That the PSVR 1 library is not compatible is understandable but also a little disappointing. I hope that many games will be patched in the near future to also be playable on PSVR 2.
All in all, I’m really looking forward to the future of PSVR 2 and I’m already having a great time with titles like Synapse and Moss. You have to see it to believe how beautiful it is! When in doubt: buy that bite! 🙂

Top product, especially in combination with a racing seat and steering wheel to play GT7.

It’s a huge improvement on the PSVR1 especially with a view to the new games to come. User-friendly and easy to setup. Plug and play. The room is scanned and you can make sure that your play area is adapted to the furniture around you so that you don’t run into or hit anything. Much less motion sickness because the image looks beautiful and sharp.

Fantastic, love it!

The experience of a game is truly an incredible experience, it’s a pity that the image is not what I had hoped for.

It’s nice – but not worth 600 EUR. Too few games, Re8, Horizon only ones I really like (after many demos)

I compare with the Meta Quest 3 and this is a much better buy than this VR2 from Playstation. I really expected more. The lenses only provide a sharp image in the center, the edges are blurry, so why do you need eye tracking? We also have to map the room again and again, which takes quite a long time, before we can choose whether we want to play a game to sit with. I also found few games that were really worth playing. Actually, we mainly bought this to play Gran Turismo 7, and this has been a success. But for all the other games I prefer quest 3. Quest 3 is heavier on your head and the battery runs out quickly, but this one doesn’t have that because you don’t have a battery. But for the price of the VR2, I expected much better quality lenses. If you are into VR, then this is not suitable, if you want to experience Gran Turismo better, then this in combination with a steering wheel and pedals is something, but the price is a bit exaggerated.
