It is a very nice chair with good quality. However, this is not suitable if you have broad shoulders. So watch out for this.
And be especially careful with returns!!! The chair comes in a very large and heavy box. In any case, impossible to lift on your own and barely with two people. Coolblue does not offer a pick-up service for this, I live in the center of Amsterdam and will soon have to drag this gigantic package through the city to be able to return it 🙁

The assembly is simple and easy to do, but my downside is that the instruction booklet must be looked up online and must be done by two people, otherwise it will take quite some time.
The chair rolls wonderfully and has a great fit, even for people who are slightly overweight. But according to the specifications, I fall well within that range, so that’s fine.
The backrest is extremely comfortable, and the armrests are adjustable in height and depth, so my elbows no longer hang over the edge. Considering the armrests of my previous chair did not fit well, this is a big improvement.
Personally, I mainly wonder about the wear resistance of the cushions, as this makes me skeptical about how long they will stay in place, although I must add that I work 7 days a week and sit on them privately, so that is still possible. make a difference.

From the photos and reviews I thought the chair would be super comfortable. Unfortunately that is not the case and a month later I am still not feeling well. Not recommended for people over 1.80 with broad shoulders. The lower back also has no stable support because the back cushion is much too firm.

After 3 years in use still neat as we are careful with our stuff. The children have always used it nicely and have slept in it a lot. Easy to install and in further use. Top!

The chair came without a manual so I looked it up online (via coolblue) but the manual was from an older version. Luckily it didn’t matter (you always put these types of chairs together the same way). After sitting on it I noticed that it is a bit small, not short, it is definitely for people of 1.95m (like myself) but I do a lot of sports and am therefore a bit taller, and actually don’t fit in the chair. It is a pity that it is not mentioned that the chair is therefore quite narrow. Apart from that, which applies to very few people, this is really a top chair. Sits nice and soft, wonderfully soft fabric, you can adjust it in each way, I recommend it 100%. You just have to pay a bit for it.
