Great product, design is nice, finally earbuds for your PS5. However, the quality of your microphone is really poor.

Surprisingly good surround quality for an earbud. Very stylish and goes hand in hand with PS5 design. But doesn’t satisfy with phone since it doesn’t offer even the basic controls you’d expect from an earbud.

I would also like to point out that the price in “second chance” was more than ok and that the condition (new condition) was described very accurately and clearly so that you can purchase with confidence.

It is a somewhat awkward design and it takes some trial and error to get the desired sound quality out of it. You MUST find the right size of the supplied silicone attachments. They should not be uncomfortably tight but should “close” your ear canal well. If you don’t do this, you will miss a lot of sound quality, especially in the bass.
Once you use the right attachments, it is a nice, good sounding headset. I only use it for the ps5 and ps portal. You can also use them via bluetooth with your phone. You can then only control the volume via the buttons on the pulse explore earbuds. Hence the downside: expensive for the features.
